I particularly like the fact that it includes some of my favorite characters and legends from the Vikings, and other cultures. I especially love the Frost Giants because I really like the concept of them. I think that most people who read this book will have the same theories as me and they will eventually understand and accept this kind of creature, once they start reading about it. This is why it is so important to learn more about the basics of frost giants, in order to better understand the theories behind their being. Once you know more about the background of these giants, you will be able to tell more interesting things about their behavior, and how they relate to each other and to us.
The story revolves around a young girl, who is just about to marry her boyfriend. But when she goes on a trip with her father and a friend, she never takes one of the expected gifts from her mother, to complete the set. Instead, she finds icewind Dale miniature doll, and it is possible that this will be the only present that they will take. However, the father is not satisfied with this decision, as he wants his daughter to take something from him, rather than his miniature doll. So, she does, and that is when the story begins.
At first, the father tries to keep control over his miniature doll, but he soon realizes that it is too difficult to control the Frost Giants, as they are always outsmelling him, and that his daughter has become the leader. He decides that he will let his daughter do anything that she wants, and he will only get his money back if the miniature doll is delivered to him. The rest of the story revolves around the father and his daughter, trying to get through their days and solve problems, while being attacked by icewind dale miniature and snowmen. In the end, we see that the father was right, as his daughter was the leader. Once she realized that she can lead the Frost Giants, she uses her newfound power to help her father and the rest of the city find the missing people.
Overall, I am very happy with this book, as it is very different from the others that I have read. This book is written in a very easy to understand manner, and even the most advanced readers can breeze through this book. If you are someone who likes fantasy novels with a lot of depth, then this one should interest you. For those who only enjoy the lighter side of fantasy, well, you should not read this book. However, if you enjoy the story, and enjoy looking at miniatures, then this is a great book to pick up.
I also like how, in this book, the writer managed to include both the fun aspects of Miniatures and the serious side of things. It is obvious that author chose to combine the two somehow, and it works very well. I especially enjoyed the details included in the miniatures. The book also contains very authentic scenes from D&D, which makes it easy to connect the book to the world that it is based in. There were several moments that just made me laugh out loud, and this added to the enjoyment that I derived from reading the book.
Overall, this book is really enjoyable. It provides a very good introduction to D&D if you are not familiar with the game, and will help those who are already fans get to experience the fun of miniatures through this engaging read. I would recommend D&D Frost Giant to anyone who likes a good story about ice & snow, as well as those who enjoy looking at miniatures. For the people who do enjoy both, this book is a great addition to your collection of books about the game.
